Eliminate In-Field Calibration
The UltraMaxO2 has a calibration verification button that verifies that the device is running properly. When the button is held down, the screen displays "cal ver" to confirm calibration depending on the product's specifications. If a problem occurs during calibration, such as internal debris, the device sends an error code that alerts the service technicians.
The gas is already calibrated within the device because it is an ultrasonic solution. The calibration button eliminates in-field calibration because it doesn't require users to set their analyzers to 100% O2 the way other products may require.
Outlet Pressure Check
This O2 analyzer has an integrated pressure monitor that is paired with %O2 and flow measurement. This makes checking outlet pressure incredibly simple so that readings are easily accessed using one device. For further convenience, once a finger covers the outlet port, the device switches to %O2 and flow rate readings to display the pressure of an O2 concentrator. The pressure unit display is interchangeable between pounds per square inch or kilopascal.
