Description

Who Uses This Product? Oxygen concentrator service technicians that want a single device to verify the efficiency of the oxygen concentrator.

Why They Love It? The handheld UltraMax O2 Analyzer features a built-in ultrasonic oxygen sensor, an integrated pressure monitor, and flow measurement capability. By combining these functions into a single device, technicians don't need additional equipment such as a traditional electrochemical sensor to garner accurate readings, helping them save time and money.

Overview: UltraMax O2 Analyzer by Maxtec

The UltraMax O2 Analyzer is designed to analyze and measure oxygen concentrators' oxygen purity, outlet pressure, and flow accuracy. This compact, handheld device is easy to transport, operate, and store for optimal user convenience. The LCD screen display is easy to read, with fast results in a large, bold font that allows for a much quicker setup time. This oxygen analyzer eliminates the need for oxygen sensor replacements by using a built-in ultrasonic sensor designed to last throughout the device's lifespan. The small, palm-sized device comes with a silicone casing that protects it during transportation and use.

Features and Benefits

  • Calibration Verification Button – No Need for In-Field Calibration

  • Easy-To-Read LCD Screen
  • Measures Flow, Oxygen Purity, and Outlet Pressure in One Device
  • Eliminates Dependence on Additional Equipment or Accessories
  • Compact Design Makes Transporting and Storing the Device Easy
  • Low Maintenance and Low Cost of Ownership
  • Protective, Impact-Resistant Silicone Case

Small but Durable

This oxygen analyzer is compact to fit in the palm or a back pocket. It weighs only 0.4 pounds and is roughly 5 inches in length. Its size makes transporting the device convenient. Even though the device is lightweight, it is made with durable materials and covered with a silicone case.

Eliminate In-Field Calibration

The UltraMaxO2 has a calibration verification button that verifies that the device is running properly. When the button is held down, the screen displays "cal ver" to confirm calibration depending on the product's specifications. If a problem occurs during calibration, such as internal debris, the device sends an error code that alerts the service technicians.

The gas is already calibrated within the device because it is an ultrasonic solution. The calibration button eliminates in-field calibration because it doesn't require users to set their analyzers to 100% O2 the way other products may require.

Outlet Pressure Check

This O2 analyzer has an integrated pressure monitor that is paired with %O2 and flow measurement. This makes checking outlet pressure incredibly simple so that readings are easily accessed using one device. For further convenience, once a finger covers the outlet port, the device switches to %O2 and flow rate readings to display the pressure of an O2 concentrator. The pressure unit display is interchangeable between pounds per square inch or kilopascal.
