Adjustable Footrest

The seat is mounted to a sturdy metal frame with an adjustable footrest that achieves three footrest heights. A spring-loaded knob at the front legs makes it simple and easy to adjust the desired footrest height. The Lumex Everyday Hip Chair also comes with a textured footrest ensuring an anti-slip surface for increased safety as the user repositions.

How to Adjust the Height

1. Start on either the left or right side and pull the footrest height knob outward and rotate the knob a quarter-turn to lock the knob.
2. Then repeat on the other side to the outward position.
3. Lift the footrest up or down to any of the three heights to achieve the desired height.
4. Turn the knob back to unlock the knob to maintain that height.
5. Repeat to the opposite side.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Use a soft cloth and dampen with mild soap and water. Wipe the upholstery and steel frame and dry with a fresh, dry cloth.

• Do not use abrasive cleaners or pads to clean any part of the hip chair.
