Landing Mat, by Smart Caregiver, is an innovative, soft mat that alerts caregivers when a patient needs assistance getting out of bed. You may select the Landing Mat if you care for people whom need assistance with ambulation.
No matter where caregivers are within a facility, they will always know when a patient needs assistance. The Landing Mat connects to a wireless monitor, which is alerted whenever pressure is applied to the mat. In addition, the signal is also sent to the caregivers' pager. Truly, the Landing Mat was designed with the patient in mind--the moment a patient is ready for mobility, a caregiver is instantly notified.
