How to Use the Health o Meter Wall-Mounted Height Rod

• Step 1: Loosen the black knob (it is located on the right side of the headpiece). Slide the headpiece up to the desired height (above the height of the patient to be measured).
• Step 2: Instruct the patient to position their back against the height rod with their heels touching the wall. Check that the patient is standing upright with their back as flat against the wall as possible. Slide the headpiece down to the level of the patient's head. Once the headpiece is resting on the patient's head, tighten it by turning the black knob mentioned above.
• Step 3: Find the clear indicator on the right side of the headpiece. Read the value on the measuring tape closest to the line on the clear indicator. This value indicates the patient's height.
