The Multi-Adjustable Wobble is made of extremely durable Baltic birch wood with a non-slip surface. Change range of difficulty with a quick set board height adjustment mechanism, allowing for quick and easy settings providing 15, 19, and 22 degrees of angular displacement or level of tilt. The 15 model is most often used for one-foot balance exercises.

The 20" Rocker Board can be used for one or two foot exercises. Designed to challenge the use in:

• Anterior / posterior (front to back)
• Lateral (left to right) and/or
• Diagonal planes
• Board has a maximum 16 degree tilt
• Top of the board 19.5" x 19.5"
• The curve on the bottom is 9-1/4" long by 2-1/2" high
• There are two curves (one on each end of the board) that are connected by a brace
