Description
Longer wounds that aren't as deep still need a dressing long enough to properly cover it. Convatec's DuoDERM Extra Thin Rectangle Dressing is able to cover wounds up to eight inches in length and two inches wide for up to 16 square inches of coverage. The layers are extra thin in order to provide proper healing for lighter wounds such as abrasions or minor burns. A vapor permeable outer film offers a moist environment to keep the wound from forming a bacteria and spreading to other areas. Thin dressings are specifically for light exudating wounds, abrasions or burns.
