It is made from a soft non-adhesive polyurethane foam with a patented silver complex. The continuous release of silver ions provides an antimicrobial effect. It is flexible, absorbant and may be worn up to 7 days for maximum healing. The unique 3D foam conforms to the wound for a comfortable fit.
