The Circaid Juxtafit Essentials Lower Leg Compression Wrap is a complete system designed to treat moderate to severe lymphedema of the lower leg. Conveniently located bands allow easy application and adjustments by the wearer, and the material is embedded with SILVERtec for superior odor control. The system uses inelastic bands to maintain consistent and targeted compression ranging from 20-30 mmHg to 50+ mmHg.

Every Lower Leg Compression system comes with a Built-In-Pressure System (BPS) guide card. This easy-to-use guide allows users to quickly and accurately adjust the compression to the level prescribed. For optimum comfort, each garment comes with footless undersleeves, a PAC (power aided compression) band for the foot and ankle, and compression anklets.
