BSN Medical Comprilan® Short Stretch Compression Bandage 77189 measures 10.9 yards for more coverage instead of using two 5.5 rolls. The compression bandages are applied for venous ulcers, venous insufficiency, edema and lymphedema treatment. It's also applied following vein ligation surgery. This bandage is 4.7 inches wide adding consistent compression around the limb to reduce edema. Compression effectively increases blood flow to improve venous return when at high working or resting pressure.

Applying Comprilan® Short Stretch Compression Bandages is made simple and its cotton and elastic construction makes it anatomically conforming to the limb. The short stretch ensures an even pressure distribution. The two closures keep the bandage in place and prevents unraveling when moving. Artiflex Padding Bandages are often used with Comprilan as a base layer for additional padding and pressure distribution. This layer is needed for patients with latex sensitivity and protects the skin during treatment.

The bandage roll can be washed after treatment and reused for ongoing treatment.
