The dressing offers firm adhesion to hold a primary non-adhesive wound dressing such as a Biatain Foam Non-Adhesive responsible for absorbing wound exudate under the Cover-Roll® Stretch's light compression. The Cover-Roll® also assists in maintaining a moist wound healing environment. It's constructed with a permeable barrier that releases moisture vapor to minimize maceration.
What sets the Cover-Roll® Stretch apart from its original counterpart is it's added stretch to bend to the body's moveable contours at the knee or elbow. The secure adhesive firmly maintains the dressing on all four sides using a latex-free polyacrylate adhesive.
