Aspen TLSO Lumbar Support Back Brace is a modular spinal brace designed to provide a high degree of motion restriction through the mid-thoracic region without compromising comfort. As part of the Aspen Lumbosacral Bracing System™, this orthosis supports healing by limiting flexion and rotation, making it ideal for postoperative recovery and trauma management.
The TLSO Back Brace Aspen features a VectorPoint™ Chest Panel that adjusts to the patient's height and profile, anchoring the front and back of the brace to an anterior vector point in the upper thoracic region. Torso Control Straps further limit flexion and rotation by linking the padded chest panel to a second location on the back of the brace, enhancing motion restriction.
Equipped with an Easy LeverLatch Closure, the Aspen TLSO Brace Lumbar Support offers a strong mechanical advantage, allowing patients to easily and effectively tighten the orthosis for improved restriction and support. The large lumbar window with sturdy aluminum rods provides unobstructed vision and physical access, promoting better patient care and maximum airflow for enhanced comfort.
Available in multiple sizes, the Aspen TLSO Back Brace can be progressively tailored to the changing needs of each patient. By removing the shoulder straps, torso control straps, or the padded chest panel, the TLSO Aspen Brace system can be stepped down to parallel the overall progress of the patient, facilitating a personalized approach to spinal support.
