The Aspen Horizon 631 LSO Back Brace is a lumbar-sacral orthosis with sagittal control that offers rigid support from the sacral region to the T-9 vertebra. The brace provides trunk stability to fatigued muscles after back surgery or injury. It uses a pull-through sizing mechanism and adjusts without using tools. This corset-style brace fits waist sizes 24 to 50 inches. Once the back brace is properly fitted, upper and lower compression is applied using the front pull strings. Using the right and left pull strings, the user gently pulls the strings to create independent compression to the lower and upper compartments.
