• Standard Ride: Sit on seat with hands gripping the handlebars.
• Relaxed Ride: Sit on seat with hands dangling in the water.
• Standing Ride: Stand above the seat and grip the handlebars while pedaling.
• Flutter Kick: Hold the seat from behind the bike. Kick your legs in a swimming motion.
• Chest Dip: Hold the seat from behind the bike. Lift legs up and slowly lower yourself until your chest hits the seat and pushes you back up.
• Abdominal Crunch: Sit on the seat with your feet hooked under the handlebars. Lean back until your head hits the water and return to an upright position using only your core.
