The comfortable nonwoven material works best as a primary dressing or when packing undermined areas, wound cavities, and tunnels. This silver dressing can be used for up to 14 days and leaves little to no staining on the skin.

Ionic Silver's Antimicrobial Benefits
This wound dressing's ionic silver provides long-lasting antimicrobial protection. The silver is released when the dressing is moistened with wound exudate, sterile water, sterile normal saline, or liquid hydrogel. Once the silver is released, it fights against antibiotic-resistant bacteria such as methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE), and yeast fungi.
