i used the manual for many years and i whore out the old one and t got a new one and it is the best on the market i tried several they cant compare to the Encore Deluxe j Brow

It took about 2 weeks to achieve a good erection. I was embarrassed to tell the surgeon that performed my prostatectomy that I was using it, but when he asked if I had been able to perform I told him. He said good and to continue using it at least twice a week. Although I was skeptical originally, it did help me.

I had to order the larger diameter tube because I had a lot if pressure on the sides before full extension. He manual wools good but the el;ectric not so good. It appeared to have a smaller Oring seal and doesn't provide full erection

This product shiped in 5 days for free! After trying the electric pump without getting any results I switched to the manule pump and it worked. The only thing that needs inprovement is the base of the tube it digs in to the palvic area even with the shild in place. after a good vacume was acheved I could stop pressing to get a seal which helped.

I have attempted to use this product several times without any satisfactory result whatever. Either my technique is incorrect or the product does not perform as advertised. One thing I would suggest: Customers should be allowed to choose the size tube needed instead of ordering another size for additional cost. I tried using the pump, but the tube is too small. Would you send me an extra large size with having to purchase a new tube? At this time, I don't have the extra money.

The first time I used it i thought it did not work.after about 4 days I was getting erections with it. It actually worked.my only complaint was a shield was missing from the package.

The vacuum pump works great. The battery part not so much. Doesnt draw a firm enough vacuum compaired to the manual pump. In hind site I should have upgraded to the one with the hand pump that you squeze that is separate from the tube. Would have been easier to opertate. Had a slight issue with the three day delivery (it was late arriving) and sent a complaint email and never heard back about the price adjustment becuase it was not delievered as ordered but that wont stop me from buying from your company again.

After AAA surgery I thought our sex life was through; however after trying all other aids the Encore system proved to be the best. I have read most of the other reveiws and think I have a solution to most of them. First shave all hair from the base of the penis in order to effect a good seal, then use a lot of lube at the base of the penis to obtain a good seal, also lube the shaft and head of the penis to prevent sticking in the tube. Use two rings like a size 4 or 5 and you can keep your erection for 30 Min. Make sure you transfer the tension rings to the penis while under full vacuum, then press release to remove pump.

I, had it for about two weeks and still trying to get use to it. When I do use it, it doesn't seem to give me the results that I want. The erections r not as I had anticipated. Perhaps with some more usage will give me results I desire.

I was disappointed with my system right after I got it. I had 2 problems. First I could not get the electrical pump to acquire a vacuum. The manual pump seemed to work much better but the I had problems with my penis sticking to the side of the tube. When this happened It would no longer enlarge and it was painful. I experimented with the electric pump and found that the body shield was the problem. If you don't use the shield it is much easier to get I good seal against the body. Put a little lubricant or just plain water where the tube contact the body and apply a little pressure and it works just fine. That solved that problem but I still had the sticking problem so I decided that putting a bit of lubricant on the penis would solve the problem. After applying the lubricant it allowed the penis to slide freely and painlessly inside the tube as it enlarged. I also found that if you wet down your penis with soapy water it works equally well. Once you have attained a good erection and applied the ring you can quickly clean the lubricant or soapy water from your penis with a wet wash cloth if desired. With a little practice an experimentation I am very happy with my system. I no longer use the body shield with either pump.

My specific health issue relates to blood not remaining in my penis during an erection. The rings improved this condition but the pump had not beneficial effects. I'm sure it is a good product but not for my specific condition.

I am having difficulty with the vacuum sustaining, very frustrating.

Had prostate surgery and a pump was dr recommended. The manual pump works very good. The battery operated did nothing. Doctor recommended to use every couple days to help get the blood flowing. It does work very good.

The user manual seems too general and inadequate. No mention is made about when to use the battery operated and when to use the manual pump or whether the body shield should always be used. My early disappointment was in the inconsistent and slow penis response to the vacuum pumping, This was probably due to a poor air seal between the penile tube and body shield. I have improve the response, during the current practive phase, by wetting the body seal. However, if the head of the penis happens to get jammed against the wall of the penile tube, it seems that the base of the penis can becomes prematurely enlarged enough to stop the blood flow needed to enlarge the head. So far in practice, I have been able to achieve an appearance of an acceptable size penis, but it immediately becomes limp when the tube is removed, Have yet to establish that the immediate application of a correct sized ring will leave the penis sufficiently rigid to perform. In the meantime, I am patiently doing the dailey practice to achieve consistent and speedy response by removing alleged plaque that may exist in the blood tubes.

The Encore erection pump looked like a solution to my E.D. However, it might be that it will take some time (months) working with it to be able to tell if it solves the problem. Had prostate removed due to cancer 4 years ago and so far have been unable to maintain an erection regardless of which sizes and number of rings used for more than a minute. Time will tell..

Works as intended and have had no problems so far. It has been a great theraputic device after having prostrate removed. My wife and I can enjoy having a sexual relationship again. I only gave it 4 stars because the manual pump seems alittle flimsy.

After being a long distance bicycle rider for many years my performance had declined very much by about age 60. Maybe 1 out of 4 attempts was successful. I then had a radical prostatectomy at age 64. this produce is made of cheap tube plastic that cracks and leaks. The actual pump head loses it's vacuum capacity and all you get is forearm exercise trying to make the pump do what it was allegedly designed to do. Piece of junk

perhaps my expectations are too high but while the pump works to create the vacuum, the blood that is drawn in seems to engorge only the surface veins of the penis rather than the Corpus cavernosa resulting in an erection that is not very firm

My issues are that this device does not prevent extra skin from being sucked into the tube which causes great difficulty removing the rings.The pump "O" ring size does not allow enough vacuum and leaks air causing the penis to retract before the rings can be positioned. The positive remark is that the handles on the side of the rings are large enough to grasp for removal.

If it shows up and if I have an opportunity to try iy, I might have an opinion.

I have attempted to use this product about 6 times and have not had any success to speak of. I do get some blood to the penus but not enough for intercourse.

I am a MSA patient and one of the many symtoms is ED. I tried oral medince worked part of the time. ,but the Encore Deluxe Vacuum Pump works everytime.

The equipment comes in a discreet package and does not identify itself.

The pump works exactly as described and produces a rock hard erection, however it is a totally unnatural feeling and does not permit the sensitivity of a natural erection, either during intercourse or masterbation. Overall dissatisfaction

I have tryed several times per the instructions, but no success for me.

User guide needs to be amplified. At first, product did not work. Customer service informed me to cut or shave pubic hair. This helped. The plastic
area covering the pubic bone does not help very much. When your hand is wet with lubricant per directions for putting retainer ring on the tube, it is very difficult to remove the ring. The retainer ring assembly needs a small handle to facilitate pushing the retention ring off the cylinder. A rubber/soft vinyl ending to the cylinder tube 9where it touches the base of the penis) would help avoid bruising at the base of the penis. The user guide did not mention that the electric pump is preset to maximum I tried to increase the vacuum and could not. Customer svc told me it was already preset to maximum. The video was not very helpful in dealing with how to use the pump and how to avoid problems with using it.

Just follow instructions-- it works as described. Works best when using two rings (as suggested in instructions).

The ring I am using seems to be tight enough, but I still loose the erection after a few minutes. I'm a little afraid of going to the next smaller ring for fear of damage. I am now using #7. Should I try #6?

I have yet to try the battery operated vacuum pump but the manual works very well. I would recommend 2 things: better instructions regarding how much vacuum is safe, and a better, more comprehensive DVD and instruction booklet.

As claimed, makes penis firm enough to have sex. (Hooray!) Have to experiment to get right size penis ring, but once there it is quick and easy to use. Make sure to use lubricant on ring as well as base. Otherwise can not get ring off tube.

This valcume pump works great. I had postrate cancer surgery and I tried several pills to help with erection, but none worked. This pump worked. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that the rings are easly broken. I also recomend that you go very slow until you understand the process.

I had prostate surgery 15 years ago for cancer and nothing seemed to work for me. Tried all the pills, other pumps that the insurance paid for. Nothing was effective or lasted long enough. I purchased the encore pump because of price and a last ditch stand. Eureka, a pump thats works and lets me enjoy life again. Now understand I will be 72 this year but I feel like 42 after using the Encore pump. I beleive the main difference in products is your ring retention and release. There is no restriction to pulling the blood in like on other machines. It is only after the erection you release the ring to hold it. Thank you for helping me find life again. 15 years was to long. Making a purchase such as this without having first looked at the product is dificult, but I was pleased that this Pump offered a total kit of everything I could need. At first, I could not uderstand the reason for selling a battery powered pump with a manual pump, but since receiving it, I find that the noise from the motor can take away the majic of the moment, so the manual pump options is a nice twist. I also liked that they provided penis rings in a varitey of sizes. Until you try a size, you don't know if it is going to be too tight or too lose. Once you have your best fit, you can read the ring size off the ring and order replacements that fit you just right. Overall, this is a more professional pump and not just a nolivity as is sold in most adult stores. I highly recomend this pump kit.

Very very difficult to get the proper seal to pull a vacuum.

It took a few tries to get the proper size ring, but it works faster than a pill and no side effects.

I have been using the Encore pump for over a year and it works within minutes every time.

One thing I have learned is to use a combination of slightly larger rings rather than one ring that causes too much restriction and can be slightly painful.

Shaving the area around the penis also helps a lot. Pump sleeve seals easier and no hairs get caught in the rings when removing them.

The vacuum pressure can be adjusted on the battery pump so it is just right or I can use the manual pump to get the pressure exactly how I want it. This is a great product. Thank you!
