When I ordered this product it stated that it could take up to 7 days to deliver. I was very suprised to find it at my doorstep within 3 days. The product was packaged appropriately and the price was the lowest that I could find. Although, shipping was expense, it still was competitive.

I had tear in my tissue after a grueling day of muscle training. Our team therapist suggest I use a sports tape to make sure it will not happen again. So every time I lift weights, I wrap my arms and hands with tape for safety. Since then I never had a any problems with tear again.

Make sure you apply the cover-roll stretch tape first. Then apply the leukotape over that. I have found using both tapes provide instant pain relief.I learned how to apply the tape from my physical therapist. Leukotape provides stability and greatly relieves the pain.
