INDICATIONS- Prevention of deep venous thrombosis
- Prevention of venous stasis in the lower extremities
- Enhance arterial circulation in lower extremities
- Reduce post-operative pain and swelling in the lower extremities
- Reduce edema in the lower extremities
- Reduce wound healing time for non-ambulatory, surgical and trauma patients
- Treat and assist healing of cutaneous ulceration in the lower extremities
- Reduce compartmental pressures in the lower extremities
- Reduce the need for anti-coagulation medications prescribed for the prevention of (DVT)
CONTRAINDICATIONS- Presumptive evidence of congestive heart failure
- Suspected pre-existing Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
