Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold by Vitality Medical within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. All items must be returned, complete with all parts and accessories, in their original product packaging. Some items by their nature are simply not returnable (see section titled Items That Are Not Returnable.) All returns must be in new re-saleable condition; safety seals or sealed retail packaging must be unopened.

Please note that all returned merchandise will be assessed a 30% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns of opened, sealed items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RA#) obtained from our Returns Department in advance. Merchandise shipped without a RA number or shipped to the incorrect return address may be denied a refund and returned to sender.

Product images on this web site may not exactly reflect the product you receive. Design revisions and color variations may exist. For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements.

Items That Are Not Returnable

Some items by their nature are simply not returnable. Below is a partial listing of common items that cannot be returned. The list is not complete and is only included as a guide of commonly refused return requests:

  • Opened Personal Care items
  • Men's Health Items
  • All items marked Special Order (*sp)
  • All custom items (EZ Ramps, Cut to order Span-America Mattresses, etc.)
  • Clearance Items
  • Anything open, used, or tried on

How do I initiate a return?

Step 1:

Notify Vitality Medical that you are requesting a return. You can use our online form by clicking here and filling out all of the information completely. It may take up to 72 hours to receive a reply from the returns department.

You may call our Returns Department at 800-397-5899 to receive a RA number, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm Mountain Time.

Step 2:

After receiving a RA number your return must be received within 10 days to receive a credit.Please repackage your items and write the RA# on the top of the shipping label. RA numbers must be written on the your return shipping label. Since we ship from several warehouses and manufacturers, all returns must have a RA# obtained from our Returns Department via phone or email.

NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RA number.
NO returns will be accepted if returned to the incorrect return address.

Recommendations

  • Send your package via UPS or FedEx or some other "traceable" service.
  • Exchanges: To ensure availability of the item you are exchanging for, place an exchange order immediately.

How long before I get my refund?

Provided you have followed the instructions from the Returns Department, and the policy above, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (7 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days.)

Call Tags

If your return is the result of our error, Vitality Medical will cover the shipping charges for your returned product and refund the full amount of purchase. Repackage the item in the original packaging and wait for FedEx or UPS to bring you a shipping label. Attach the shipping label to the return and deliver to UPS or FedEx. Call tags may take up to 10 business days to arrive.

Should you need help in obtaining warranty service for an item you purchased from Vitality Medical, please call 800-397-5899 and speak with the returns department. We will help you obtain the service covered under your Manufacturer's Warranty.
