Most products are returnable within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in new re-saleable condition (safety seals or sealed retail packaging must be unopened) and all products must contain original packaging and accessories. Please note that all returned Merchandise will be assessed a 30% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your return is the result of our error, Vitality Medical will cover the shipping charges for your returned product and refund the full amount of purchase.
We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened sealed items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. For your protection we do not accept returns of impotence or personal care items. Products designated as "Special Order" are NOT returnable.
Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We are unable to accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition.
All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number obtained from our Customer Service via phone or email. Merchandise shipped without a (RA) number or shipped to the incorrect return address may be denied a refund and returned to sender.
