Drive Walker Wheels Overview
Drive Medical Universal Walker Wheels convert 1-inch tube walkers into wheeled walkers like the Trigger Release Folding Walker. Wheeled walkers are great for movement. These walkers push forward without the need to lift them to advance forward. This makes movements faster at the cost of stability. Resultingly, you should only use a walker equipped with these wheels on flat surfaces, not up or down stairs. If you want to go faster with your walker, but don't want to purchase a new walker, then purchase these wheels. The Walker Wheels fit 1-inch tubing walkers.
The 5" Walker Wheels (10109) fit most walkers and convert folding walkers into wheeled walkers. They have 8 different height-adjustment levels for perfectly fitting user height. The wheels are made from hard, composite rubber that allows walkers to roll over rough and uneven surfaces while resisting leaving scuff marks. These wheels come with rear glide caps and covers for easy movement while minimizing catching, however, you may consider purchasing some Walker Skis for even better movement. These wheels are latex-free and can support up to 350 pounds.
The 3" Walker Wheels (Drive 10111) fit all walkers with 1-inch tubing. Just like the 5-inch variant, these wheels have 8 different height-adjustment levels. They have the same rubber as the Drive 10109 wheels for scuff-resistant movement over smooth or rough surfaces. They also have glide caps to prevent catching of the back legs while in use. They also support up to 350 pounds while being smaller for nimbler turning.
These wheels have 11 different height-adjustment levels. Like the others, they come with rear glide caps and covers for easy surface movement. Lastly, they also have a 350-pound weight capacity.

How to Install
- Tip over the walker for ease of disassembly
- Remove the standard legs from your walker using the brash push pins
- Store removed legs in a safe place in case you need to use them later
- Apply the wheeled legs where the previous legs were
- Keep the wheels to the outside of the walker for the best results
