ObusForme UltraForme is an adjustable full-back support that extends from the lower-back region toward the lower neck. A precision slider locks into eight height positions so the support can be adjusted to support user and chair fit. In order to position it properly, the molded curve must meet the user’s lumbar curvature comfortably.

Rear straps help secure the backrest to most compatible home, office, or vehicle seats, but fit depends on chair shape, seat-back design, and available strap clearance. Its integrated handle allows for repositioning and transport between seats. The biomechanically molded polycarbonate core is impact-resistant, which makes it more durable.

The ObusForme Contoured Seat Cushion is an optional companion product and is not included with the backrest.
