ULTRA Foam Dressing is designed with high-performance layers of fabric that create a moisture transfer mechanism, which absorbs and traps excess exudate. ULTRA dressing keeps the wound bed moist and the periwound skin healthy. It has an increased absorbing capacity that provides maximum moisture management, extended wear times, and fewer dressing changes. This wound dressing is intended for use on lacerations, partial-thickness burns, skin grafts, donor sites, incisions, abrasions, and stage I-IV dermal ulcers (diabetic, venous, vascular, and pressure). This foam dressing measures 4 x 5 inches and is available for purchase individually or by the box (10). ULTRA Silver Dressing is also available, which contains ionic silver that inhibits infection-causing microbes.
