Manufacturer Description:
ProCure Transparent Film with Island Dressing is a sterile semipermeable adhesive with a framed border that combines a breathable film and an absorbent island pad. It protects wounds while allowing moisture vapor exchange. The film serves as a barrier to water, bacteria, and contaminants, while the island pad absorbs exudate and cushions the wound. The framed adhesive border ensures secure, easy application and reduces edge lift, making it ideal for post-operative sites, abrasions, and low to moderately exuding wounds.
ENHANCED PATIENT COMFORT:
This transparent dressing is designed to allow moisture vapor to escape while helping to prevent bacterial contamination. It easily conforms to difficult areas and enables monitoring of wound healing while being waterproof.
