- convenient and tasty
- All the food is blended together, it would be nice to have the potatoes separate from the meat
The other meal that I've had is the turkey with stuffing and green beans. That one was not too thick for me at first but the flavor of sage in it was kind of strong for me so I mixed it with mashed potatoes and put gravy on it and it was really good. Since my condition has gotten worse, it is too thick for me now, so I thin it by adding potato & leek soup which worked great.
I have to say, the turkey dinner is not very pretty. If you are dealing with a reluctant eater, you should definitely dress it up a little with at least some gravy. Some pureed carrots on the side or maybe a bit of cranberry sauce would give it some color besides brown.
