Tegaderm 90603 High Performance Non-Adhesive Foam Dressing is usable as both a primary and a secondary dressing with excellent absorbency and breathability. It can be worn for up to seven days but the frequency of the dressing change will depend on the wound and the clinical situation. It can be used as a cover dressing over wound fillers and it can also be cut as necessary to accommodate different wound sizes and shapes. The dressing should be secured by taping the sides in a picture frame manner to allow the breathable layer to function properly.
