Some wounds develop cavities and require a soft absorbative material to fill the wound. 3M 90307 provides a rope of Alginate Dressing with embedded anti-microbial silver. It will keep the wound area moist and it will significantly reduce the threat of potential pathogens.

This 1 x 12 Inch Tegaderm Rope Bandage can be gently placed into cavity wounds and provide an environment to help the wound heal faster. Pad Dressings can also be useful for these types of wounds if they are not as deep. Both types of bandages are easily removed as one piece.
