The 90120 High Integrity Dressing by 3M stays strong and retains its shape and structure even when it has absorbed over 20 times it's own weight in exudate. It is designed to absorb a large quantity of fluid and remain comfortable to the user as well as effective at helping wounds heal more quickly. When the dressing needs to be changed it is a simple matter of removing the dressing which will usually retain its integrity even when fully saturated with exudate.
A variety of different wounds require dressing with high absorptive qualities while preventing the wound from being contaminated. When used in conjunction with 3M wound cover dressings this 12 inch High Integrity Alginate Dressing will be protected, allow the wound to heal more quickly and absorb up to 20 times it's own weight in wound exudate.
