TANITA BD-590 Baby & Infant Weight Scale

The TANITA Infant Scale is built to make measuring and weighing babies easy and safe. The scale has a 40-pound / 20-kilogram weight limit, displays in 0.5-ounce / 10-gram increments, and the LCD shows an overload indicator when the maximum weight is exceeded. The ON/TARE function zeroes the scale after blankets, towels, or other similar items are placed down so the baby’s weight can be measured separately.

The baby and infant scale features Motion Stop technology, which helps obtain a stabilized weight reading when an infant moves. It has a large weighing platform for positioning the baby during weighing, and a memory recall function that displays the previous reading to make tracking the growth journey easy. A self-adhesive measuring ruler is provided so the infant’s length can be measured while weighing. The scale uses 4 AA batteries, which are included.
