Simpurity Super Absorbent Polymer Pads - Wound Dressings are composed of a soft, highly absorbent polymer pad with a mesh contact layer and an adhesive-free outer protective layer. Simpurity Polymer Pads help maintain a moist environment through protease and MMP absorption while wicking excess wound drainage and harmful components from the wound, trapping them in the dressing to accelerate the healing process. These dressings are designed for moderate to highly exuding wounds. For other levels of wound exudation, Simpurity provides an exceptional line of wound dressings.

Free Swell
Below are the results of a test that measured free swell capacity by following standard EN 13726-1:2002. The dressings were put in a test solution (conc.0.83%NaCI with 0.037% CaCI2) at 37 degreesC. How the Polymer Pads Work
