Description

Who Uses This Product? Men use the SpermCheck Vasectomy At-Home Test Kit to detect sperm in semen following a vasectomy.

Why They Love It: The SpermCheck vasectomy test kit makes checking sperm count simple and discreet. This home test eliminates the uncomfortable feeling of producing a sperm sample within a clinical setting.

SpermCheck Vasectomy Test for Men Overview

The SpermCheck Post-Vasectomy Test is an easy, solution for testing sperm count after a vasectomy. It is urologist-recommended and has a 99% accuracy rate. The at-home testing kit detects levels of SP-10, a protein only present in sperm. It provides two tests per kit, ensuring users can easily test their sperm count 60 and 90 days post-vasectomy. SpermCheck Vasectomy can also be used once a year to verify ongoing sterility.

Testing Made Easy

This sperm test is user-friendly and provides accurate, quick home diagnostics results when done correctly. The results indicator is similar to that of a pregnancy test, using one line to show a low sperm count and two lines to show a high sperm count.

  • High Sperm Count - Two Lines. Sperm levels are considered high. This indicates that more birth control measures are recommended to prevent pregnancy, and additional testing may be needed.
  • Low Sperm Count - One Line. Sperm levels may be low enough to have little to no risk of causing pregnancy.

Discreet and Convenient

SpermCheck Vasectomy is a diagnostic test that ensures users receive quick and reliable results from the comfort of their own homes. With at-home testing, there are fewer uncomfortable, invasive office visits. The rapid, easy-to-read results drastically reduce wait times associated with clinical testing.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What do the two lines indicate?
The "C" line is the control line to show that the test is working. The "T" line is what displays the results.

How do I interpret my test results?
If there are two lines next to the "C" and "T," the sperm count is at least 250,000 sperm per milliliter, which is considered to be a high sperm count. If the test result comes back with only one line next to the "C," the sperm count is considered low, with less than 250,000 sperm per milliliter. If the test comes back as blank or no control line is at "C," the test cannot be interpreted and should be taken again.

Originally, I tested for a low sperm count. However, I accidentally left my test out for several hours then a faint line appeared. Are the results still accurate?
The original reading is still accurate. The results must be read at seven minutes exactly, anything after that mark is an invalid reading.

Is a faint line at "T" still a positive?
Yes, the results are positive regardless of how faint the line appears in "T."

What does it mean if there are faint lines at both the "C" and "T?"
It means that there is a high sperm count.

Can the semen be warmed up or refrigerated during the 20-minute wait time?
No. Do not warm, refrigerate, or freeze the sample before or during testing.
