How to Wear

Take the waist strap, with the velcro facing up, and insert it into the bottom ring, then velcro it closed by doubling it back on itself. Take the shoulder strap (the padded strap) and insert it, velcro facing up, into the top ring and velcro it closed. Insert the hand into the hole of the sling, using the thumb to hold onto the top ring. Using the uninjured hand, grab the shoulder strap and wrap it around the opposite shoulder with the velcro facing up. Insert the strap into the top ring, and velcro it closed. The injured arm's elbow should be at a 90-degree angle. Wrap the waist strap around the back, insert it into the bottom ring, and velcro it closed. Adjust the sling for a secure but comfortable fit.
