How to Wear

Take the waist strap and, velcro facing up, insert it into the bottom ring and velcro it closed (doubling it back on itself). Take the shoulder strap (the padded strap) and insert it, velcro facing up, into the top ring and velcro it closed. Insert the hand into the hole of the sling, using the thumb to hold onto the top ring. Using the uninjured hand, grab the shoulder strap and wrap it around the opposite shoulder with the velcro facing up. Insert the strap into the top ring, and velcro it closed. The injured arm's elbow should be at a 90-degree angle. Wrap the waist strap around the back, and insert it into the bottom ring and velcro it closed. Adjust the sling for a secure but comfortable fit.
