Option one, someone putting a brief on themselves. In option one, the first step would be to grab a brand new brief and pinch between the legs. After this, wrap the front and back of the brief around the waist, where the brief will sit when attached. Next, use the attachments and stick the backside to the front side via the attachment tabs on the sides.

Option two, would be a caretaker putting a brief on someone else. In this scenario lay a flat brief on the ground and let the patient lay on their side, on the brief. Next, have them turn to their back so the back of the brief is on the buttocks of the patient and the front is covering the pubic area. After this, use the sticky tabs on the sides to ensure a good fit.
