Product Questions

I own two of your canes one of which is a folding cane, my other is a regular cane of which I put a rubber tripod tip on it which I love..I was told not to use a tripod tip on a folding cane..please tell me that us not true..the folding cane is great for traveling and would feel so much safer with a tripod tip on it..I personally don't think that's true..please let me know..thank you..
