It uses a two-piece system with ambidextrous access to provide rapid deployment during field trauma care.

This Reflex Trauma First Aid Kit and Supplies keep core wound care supplies visible and easier to reach. The bag is made with heavy-duty nylon laminate and includes HANK grab handles for long-term durability. It can mount vertically or horizontally on compatible belts and MOLLE gear.
