The Therabody RecoveryTherm Cube Device is a reusable hot and cold handheld therapy tool that eliminates the need for ice packs or heat pads. It is FDA-cleared as a type II medical device that improves blood circulation, reduces swelling and spasms, and shortens muscle and joint recovery time after surgery or a sports injury.
Treatment Settings
Users can choose between three temperature settings: hot, cold, or a contrasting combination of both.
- The cold setting is perfect for muscles recovering from injury with a treatment time of 18 minutes.
- The hot setting is best for muscle soreness and has a 24-minute treatment duration.
- The contrast setting uses hot and cold temperatures during a 20-minute treatment time and helps with post-workout muscle recovery.
