Purell ES4 Soap Dispenser by Gojo

There are two methods of installation. The first is using wall fasteners. First, press the release buttons on the side of the dispenser. Slide the front cover down. Next, double check that the soap and dispenser labels both read "ES4." Fasten the dispenser, leaving at least 7 inches of space above the countertop. Finally, follow the instructions on Step 4 to finish installation.

The other way to secure the dispenser is with adhesive tape. First, clean the installation area with an alcohol pad. Do not use a household cleaner. Wait 60 seconds for the surface to dry. Then remove paper from installation tape. Next, press the dispenser firmly against the wall for at least 10 seconds. Allow adhesive to settle for around 24 hours. Attach the back plate. An audible click will occur if done properly. Install the SHIELD Floor and wall protector. Match the labels on the refill and dispenser. They should both read "ES4." Next, take off the refill cap and press the refill into the dispenser. Prime the pump by lightly pressing the middle bar several times.

Refill the dispenser by following the illustration below.

Proper disposable or recycling is environmentally friendly and easy. Follow the direction to the left. Start by inserting a flathead screw driver into the slots located on the refill collar. Twist slowly to separate the collar and the bottle. Next, unscrew the pump and discard. Finally, separate the refill pump from the bottle. The bottle and collar can be recycled.

The dispenser's Lock or Not feature reduces the chance that someone can tamper with the device or abscond with its contents. Follow these directions to lock the dispenser.

Simply follow these steps to disable the locking mechanism. Open the locked dispenser with a key. This will release the cover. Remove the back plate by raising the bottom right corner upward. Change to the unlocked mode by pressing the mechanism toward the top. Finally, attach the back plate.
