Pro-Vent Aterial Blood Gas Kit by Smiths Medical is specially formulated with dry lithium heparin, which provides the necessary anticoagulation in order to get accurate results. It reduces interference that may complicate test results. It includes a pre-attached NEEDLE-PRO, alcohol prep pad, iodophor prep pad, cube, patient label, biohazard labeled ice bag, and gauze pad. It is available in 3 ml luer or slip lock, with 22 or 23 gauge. This blood gas kit makes patient care easy, especially while patient is sitting in a phlebotomy chair, such as the Winco Phlebotomy Chair.
