Posey Self-Releasing Roll Belt

This Roll Belt by Posey helps to properly position patients in bed and serves as a reminder to high fall-risk patients to first ask for assistance before attempting to exit.

Because it allows patients to easily self-release, it is considered a Patient Safety Device for positioning purposes. If a patient is not able to self-release with this device, then it is considered a Restraint.

Patients can easily sit up or roll from side to side while using this Posey Roll Belt, and it is completely machine washable.

This Posey Restraint Alternative is available in three styles: Double Strap with Tie Straps, Single Strap with Quick Release Buckles, and Double Strap with Quick Release Buckles.

The different strap styles -- tie straps or quick release buckles -- refer to how the straps affix to the bed. Double and single strap options refer to the number of straps that the belt has on each side, meaning that single strap belts have two straps total and double strap belts have four straps total.

All three belt styles affix around the patient the same way, with a hook and loop fastener and a quick release buckle.
