How to Use the LX2 Compressor Nebulizer?

Setup

1. Unplug before setting up.
2. Prior to every use, check all components for damage.
3. Position on a flat, stable surface (not on the floor).
4. Twist nebulizer medication cup counter-clockwise then remove the cap.
5. Pour the doctor-recommended amount of medication into the cup.
6. Do not add more than 5 ml.
7. Replace the cap by turning clockwise.

 


8. Skip to step 9 if using the mouthpiece. If using the optional mask, place the bottom of the mask into the top of the cup as illustrated below. Skip to step 9.

 



 

9. Install mouthpiece into the large part of the T adaptor.

10. Insert T Adaptor to top of medication cap.

 


11. Attach the included tubing with the adapter on the bottom of the nebulizer cap
12. Fasten the tubing's other end to the air outlet connector.

Operation

1. Verify that the machine is off.
2. Plug the power cord into a wall outlet.
3. Switch to "On" position.
4. Set the mouthpiece between teeth and close mouth (or put on the face mask if recommended by a doctor).
5. Inhale slowly as aerosol begins flowing.
6. After treatment is finished, switch the machine off.
7. Unplug from the power outlet.
8. Disconnect tubing.
9. Clean as instructed.

Maintenance

Cleaning
