MedVance Bordered Foam Dressing

The MedVance Bordered Foam Dressing, by Medway, is a polyurethane foam dressing that doesn’t stick to the wound bed because it's laminated with polyurethane film and coated with hydrocolloid adhesive only along the border. The foam helps to distribute pressure around the wound and offer pain relief and comfort. In addition, the porous structure facilitates absorption speed and capacity while creating a moist, healing wound environment. The bordered foam dressing is ideal for management of moderate to heavily exuding, acute and chronic wounds like leg and pressure ulcers, superficial and partial thickness burns, donor sites, postoperative wounds, and skin abrasions.
