MedLine NON26443 Avant 4 x 4 Inch Deluxe Gauze Sponges is a deluxe line of gauze sponge that are non-woven with a unique polyester and rayon blend of materials in order to add strength and an absorbent layer for light exudating wounds. Heavier weighted material helps provide more efficiency in the sponge, reducing the amount of gauze needed on a per-case basis. The non-woven style offers better wicking ability and less linting than traditional woven gauze as well.
Each sponge is 4 inches x 4 inches in size, offering 16 square inches of coverage for light exudating or other dermal wound types. They dual-material adds an extra layer of protection between the skin and your clothing and is made without latex in order to avoid allergic reactions.
