Product QuestionsI want to buy these socks for a friend who lives in a nursing facility. The facility dry all their patient's clothing in a dryer. My most recent reorder included two pair of white XL that were 2" shorter than the two black XL. Customer service response was good from Vitality even though the problem must have been in packaging at Medicool. Medicool also responded well to the issue.
