ErgonoMax headset design uses precisely machined stainless steel tubes with an enclosed internal spring to maintain tension and alignment in the ear tubes. Soft ComfortSeal eartips form an acoustic seal in the ear canal to support clear sound transmission while helping reduce ambient noise during examination.
The acoustic tubing is heavy walled for durability and configured in a Y-shaped internal acoustic pathway that helps preserve sound quality from the chestpiece to both ears. Tubing is constructed from high-density, latex-free PVC that resists cracking and sticking under routine clinical use. Each stethoscope is supplied with two additional ComfortSeal eartips, an ultrasensitive diaphragm, and an identification tag to support daily use and replacement of wear components.
