Malem Easy-Clip Sensor
The Easy-Clip Sensor attaches to the outside of the child’s underwear away from skin. It is designed to work with washable briefs and not disposable briefs or diapers. This modular plug-in sensor can be easily switched with other plug-in sensors listed below as the needs of the child or patient change. The modular design is similar to a telephone cord modular plug-in. This bedwetting sensor comes standard with most Malem Bedwetting Alarms.

Malem Sit Up Sensor
The Sit-Up Sensor is used in a homecare setting to monitor family members suffering from dementia, sleep walking, wandering, fall management or any other condition that warrants close observation. This sensor utilizes a motion sensor to detect when the patient is moving and sounds an alarm to notify caregivers or family members. The sensor plugs in directly to an alarm device that is sold separately. The cord uses a modular plug-in, similar to a telephone plug-in. The Sit Up Sensor works with all Malem Alarms except for the Wireless Bedwetting Alarm.

Malem Bed-Mat Sensor
Bed Mat Sensor is a moisture sensor pad that attaches to an alarm unit to warn a child or patient when bedwetting is occurring so that they are awaken to go to the bathroom. The Bed-Mat Sensor is a foil embossed plastic mat that is positioned under the fitted sheet and above the bed mattress. This sensor fits all Malem alarm devices except the Wireless Bedwetting Alarm.
Bedside alarms like the Bed-Mat Alarm are very sensitive and require ongoing adjustments to the sheet or towel that you place on top of the mat. As the temperature and humidity change, you must make adjustments to the thickness of the cloth you place on top of the mat. Sweaty skin can trigger the alarm. The use of synthetic fabrics will cause static electricity and cause the alarm to sound when dry. Natural fibers should be used for all bedding. For these reasons, most families prefer wearable alarms over bedside alarms. Items cannot be returned once used. The Bed-Mat Sensor is easy to clean with warm water. Air dry the mat prior to reuse.

Malem Standard Flat Sensor
Standard Flat Sensor is a rust-proof, gold-plated sensor used for bedwetting detection. The Flat Sensor is designed for disposable briefs or disposable pads. The Standard Flat bedwetting sensor is small and detachable and senses moisture to warn children or patients during early bedwetting so that they can wake up and go to the bathroom or to alert caregivers that changing is required. The Flat Sensor utilizes a modular plug-in that is compatible with most Malem alarms.
Sensor Deployment for Males: This sensor slips inside the Y-fold/pouch of boy's briefs and clips in place with a crocodile clip or can be slipped into a disposable pant.
Sensor Deployment for Females: The sensor can either be placed and anchored using the crocodile clip inside an absorbent, disposable pad worn inside the underwear, or sandwiched and anchored between two pairs of close fitting panties.
