Micro-Preemie Overview

The Nasco Life/form Micro-Preemie Simulator is a 25-week preterm infant used in simulation training for the Neonatal Resuscitation Program course. This provides a realistic anatomical model for emergency response teams, and nursing and medical school students.

The preemie simulator has soft and realistic skin texture available in light or dark skin tone for increased realism. The built-in features address common scenarios associated when an infant has an extremely low birth weight. This provides multiple medical interventions and objectives covered in the Neonatal Resuscitation Program's course curriculum including stoma care, airway, breathing and ventilation, IV administration, and more.

Vitality Medical also supplies replacement parts for this simulator if any of the items are lost or damaged.
