Invacare ISA is a battery-powered sit-to-stand transfer lift designed for active transfers involving partially immobile, weight-bearing patients who can participate in the standing motion. It supports seated-surface transfers in home care, long-term care, hospital, and nursing facility settings when the user has enough stability for stand-assist positioning.
The Invacare ISA stand-up lift is not a passive full-body lift. It is not intended for users who cannot cooperate, follow instructions, maintain head and neck control, or provide reasonable trunk stability during transfer setup and movement.
The TelescoLift lifting arm adjusts to nine lengths to help match the lift setup to the user’s height and transfer position. The lower-leg cushion rest adjusts to six height positions to support lower-leg fit during stand-assist transfers. The ergonomic hand grips support natural hand positioning, and the removable foot plate allows footplate removal for gait training and restorative care.
ISA Stand-Up Patient Lift is operated with a foot pedal for simple base adjustment during caregiver-assisted transfers. Flexible sling hooks support compatible loop-attachment stand-assist slings and transfer stand-assist slings when selected according to user ability, sling style, and care setting requirements.
ISA Compact vs. ISA XPLUS
The Compact and XPLUS models share the same stand-assist lift design but differ in capacity, base size, maneuvering space, and monitoring features. The Compact model supports compact-room maneuverability with a smaller footprint. The XPLUS model supports higher-capacity transfer needs and includes service monitoring capability.
