Wonderful product
This product was a huge help in treating a large wound on the shin of my left leg. I had developed an infection which caused water blisters to form and pop, leaving about a 5" swath of flesh exposed around my leg, 2" above the ankle. I have severe lymphedema so generally available hydrocolloid dressings would not serve. This product, with a thin layer of sterile gauze to provide structure, allowed me to treat the wound using disposable diapers for bandages (to absorb the large quantity of fluid generated from the lymphedema.) With bandage changes dictated by how full the diapers got, the product helped the wounds eventually seal over an 8 day period.

The product does liquefy after application, which means generous applications will run if not covered by gauze to hold it in place. Sticking to the wound was minimal even when I switched from light, individual gauze pads to rolled gauze (when the diapers were no longer needed to absorb the excess fluid.)
