Hydrophilic Wound Dressing DermaGran-B acts as a specialized wound filler. It is specially formulated with a zinc based nutrient formulation which makes use of a targeted pH balanced technology and a combination of vitamin A, vitamin B6, calcium and magnesium to provide an environment which is extremely conducive to wound healing.
Common Indications for DermaGran- Skin ulcers (diabetic, venous stasis), stage I-IV pressure sores, surgical incisions and superficial injuries such as minor partial thickness thermal burns, superficial lacerations, cuts or abrasions. Non-Sterile. Latex-Free.
