The adapter fits 22 mm OD x 22 ID connections with an additional barbed elbow. The elbow swivels 360 degrees to keep tubing positioned at any angle. The elbow accommodates 5 to 7 mm ID tubing that's connected to a nebulizer to treat lung conditions such as asthma and COPD.
