The boot is available with either a convoluted or smooth interior. The convoluted option promotes air circulation around the heel and ankle, while the smooth option offers a uniform surface for patients with very fragile or easily irritated skin. A friction-reducing tricot backing slides smoothly across linens to aid repositioning, and a spring-back forefoot panel helps maintain a neutral foot position for basic footdrop protection. Rounded hook-and-loop straps are easy to secure and adjust for a stable fit.
