ThreePress is a three-component compression system that helps prevent and treat venous leg ulcers in those with venous insufficiency. The ThreePress system consists of three layers: a cotton padding, a foam compression bandage, and a cohesive bandage that self-adheres to secure layers one and two. The second layer has a printed, rectangular pattern that changes to squares at 50% extension to help guide application.
The HARTMANN ThreePress Bandage System provides 30 to 40 mmHg of compression for up to seven days. Remove the dressings with the appropriate bandage scissors.
