The GentleCath Male Tiemann Intermittent Catheter is a catheter for men who perform regular intermittent urinary catheterization. This uncoated PVC device has a flexible shaft with polished, rounded eyelets to support smooth passage through the urethra and consistent bladder emptying.
The GentleCath Tiemann Catheter uses a gently curved Tiemann coude tip to assist when a straight catheter is difficult to advance, such as with prostatic enlargement or urethral scarring. The supports more directed placement during self-catheterization at home.
This single-use 16-inch male catheter is available in 8 Fr to 18 Fr French sizes to fit adult male anatomy. Color-coded catheter funnels provide quick visual size identification, and every single-use sterile catheter is intended to be used once and discarded.
